From the sole of the foot even to the head there is no soundness in it: wounds, welts, and open sores. They haven't been closed, neither bandaged, neither soothed with oil.

In verse 11 God speaks of not ever wanting the killing of the sacrifices. If there is delight in killing it is not the delight of God but the delights those who in verse 15 are said to have "hands full of blood".
