Isaiah 66:20
They shall bring all your brothers out of all the nations for an offering to Yahweh, on horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and on mules, and on dromedaries, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, says Yahweh, as the children of Israel bring their offering in a clean vessel into the house of Yahweh.

This final chapter of Isaiah is clear on what God wants, he who kills an ox is like he who kills a man in verse 3 , clearly explains what murder means to God, the murder prohibited way back in the time of Moses.
It is all flesh who will end up worshipping God, as also said in the final Psalm, Psalm 150, where all flesh worships God also. Finally, here in Isaiah it is the worm eating the bodies of the people who disobeyed God who has eternal life. (verse 24).
