Note from Colin Ayres:
This is an amazing song of praise - what could be greater than everything that has breath praising God? This is every animal and creature, and the word for breath here is the greatest breath - the word 5397 NESHAMAH itself - the divine breath of God that was breathed into Adam in Genesis 2:7
